• Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English & French) • Multiple years of previous successful experience in an Account Executive role (Hunter profile) • Ability to confidently build pipeline by self-sourcing opportunities (with emails, cold calls, etc) • Organization, time management and prioritization skills • Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor • Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis. • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Salesforce is a plus) • Experience in the HR industry a plus • At least 5 years of experience in Sales • Prior experience selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise customers is highly recommended
