• Remote is solving global remote organizations’ biggest challenge: employing anyone anywhere compliantly. • You will lead and scale our global partnerships strategy, working across multiple verticals to establish and expand distribution models, create new revenue opportunities, and drive business growth through innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• A strategic leader: You have deep experience building and scaling partnership strategies in high-growth environments. You know how to operationalize partnerships to drive top of funnel leads, revenue and customer acquisition. • Data-driven and results-oriented: You use data and insights to craft strategies, and you are relentless in measuring and optimizing results to ensure partnerships drive business outcomes. • A visionary with execution capabilities: You thrive in environments where you can define the big picture while rolling up your sleeves to get things done. • A builder and mentor: You excel at building high-performing teams, fostering talent, and aligning cross-functional teams around ambitious goals. • Financially savvy: You have experience owning and managing budgets, and you understand how to scale programs while keeping customer acquisition costs (CAC) low. • Relationship-focused: You know how to cultivate and maintain relationships at all levels, from internal stakeholders to C-level executives at partner organizations.
