Description
• Identify, define, and execute key diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) partnerships. • Engage business stakeholders in implementing DEI strategies. • Oversee external collaborations with partners in diverse communities. • Drive measurable integration and accountability with DEI strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Master's degree desired. • 7-10 years of experience in a diversity-focused and/or strategic partnerships role. • Proven experience in working with a wide range of constituencies in diverse communities. • Proven knowledge and experience in diversity, equity and inclusion program implementation.
