Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Intake Specialist to join our team. • You will be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in our tax return preparation services, all-in-one accounting services, and tax consultations. • You will guide clients through the process, collect necessary information, and provide them with a clear understanding of how we work. • Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting Zoom calls with clients, sending quotes, and ensuring a smooth transition into the appropriate service package.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions effectively. • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite). • Comfortable working remotely and managing appointments independently. • Experience with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools. • A friendly, client-first mindset with a passion for providing excellent service and building relationships. • Experience in the tax, accounting, or financial services industry is a plus.
