Description

β€’ We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Intake Specialist to join our team. β€’ You will be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in our tax return preparation services, all-in-one accounting services, and tax consultations. β€’ You will guide clients through the process, collect necessary information, and provide them with a clear understanding of how we work. β€’ Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting Zoom calls with clients, sending quotes, and ensuring a smooth transition into the appropriate service package.

Requirements

β€’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms. β€’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions effectively. β€’ Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite). β€’ Comfortable working remotely and managing appointments independently. β€’ Experience with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools. β€’ A friendly, client-first mindset with a passion for providing excellent service and building relationships. β€’ Experience in the tax, accounting, or financial services industry is a plus.
