Impact: Your individual contributions will stop the spread of disease and improve individual, community, and population health outcomes. • InductiveHealth is looking for a self-directed and well-organized Data Onboarding Specialist to join a collaborative team focused on stopping disease through technology. In this role, you will work with providers and public health departments as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to successfully onboard data to our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. You will use your knowledge and experience to aid in our mission of stopping disease through technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in informatics, data, mathematics, or computer science related field • Experience in data integration including HL7 messaging standards, including 2.5.1 ORU^R01 and ADT • Ability to run basic SQL database queries • Natural problem solver and curious • Enjoys working directly with clients and end users • Has a positive attitude in-person and virtual • Experience in working with stakeholders to gather and interpret project-related information • Can effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities • Has excellent communication and presentation skills • Can develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners and technical staff • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including a creative and self-motivated mindset
