Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our mortgage advisory services • Schedule appointments for clients with our mortgage advisors based on their availability and needs • Maintain a positive, supportive attitude when engaging with clients, many of whom may have faced challenges with other lenders • Accurately log and track all interactions within our CRM system (Pipedrive experience is beneficial) • Ensure all customer inquiries are handled in a timely, professional manner that reflects our brand’s values of empathy and support

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or outbound calling role, ideally within customer service or sales • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor • Demonstrated ability to nurture relationships and provide empathetic customer support • Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive preferred, though not required) • A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong time-management skills
