β’ As the Business Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Render Foundation. Your work will directly influence our strategic direction, focusing on partnership development, market expansion, and the creation of value for our community of artists and creators. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and negotiate with potential partners and stakeholders
β’ Proven experience in business development, ideally within the technology, blockchain, or digital art sectors. β’ Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in digital content creation β’ Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to conceptualize and implement growth initiatives β’ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community members β’ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be a plus
