• Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director. • Lead a North East US-based regional sales team in achieving business objectives. • Responsible for guiding, focusing, and motivating an indirect sales team of Manufacturer’s Representatives. • Market RenewAire products through a network of wholesale HVAC distributors and commercial HVAC sales offices. • Tasked to significantly grow business, market share, and brand awareness in the region. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets. • Manage and motivate a team of Manufacturer’s Representatives to achieve or exceed sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC channel partners. • Use strong technical knowledge to establish relationships and support product specifications. • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them. • Recruit, hire and train new manufacturer rep firms. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field is required. • HVAC design experience (sizing & selection of equipment for residential and commercial facilities). • Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience. • Minimum of 5 years of management experience with manufacturer reps, mechanical distributors and wholesaler. • Proven success in technical sales to consulting and specifying engineers, design/build engineers and owners/developers. • 50% travel required. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office.
