•Reserv is a digital-native TPA incubating next-generation automation technology and AI focused on bringing speed, advanced data science, and simplicity to the experience of consumers, insurance adjusters, and carriers. •You will be key to reaching our growth potential for years to come. •You will be an integral part of Reserv’s approach to client service, working closely with our claims, operations, analytics and technology teams to drive positive customer engagement and identify opportunities to win business. •We are seeking an Account Executive with experience in the UK general insurance market, with a strong preference for relevant claims knowledge.
🎯 Requirements
•Minimum 7 years of experience in the UK insurance industry with 5+ years in an Account Executive function or claims team •Degree and/or ACII qualification •A proven ability to manage relationships with high value customers and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences alike •The ability to work in a small team with big growth ambitions •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills •A passion for claims or insurance
