In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategic paid search initiatives that drive customer acquisition and accelerate sales growth while managing large-scale annual budgets (eight figures). • This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven, innovative, and action-oriented marketer to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, dynamic growth company. • If you’re passionate about pushing boundaries and delivering measurable results—without relying on industry buzzwords—we want to hear from you.

🎯 Requirements

• BA in a business field, such as marketing, communications, or a related field – a must • 5+ years of experience actively managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads text search ads and shopping campaigns in B2C E-commerce from prospecting, brand, and retargeting audiences - a must. • Experience in Google/Microsoft Ads merchant center and manual feed development & management with a modern approach towards account structure - familiar with automated bid strategies, a consolidated account structure, DDA attribution model, portfolio bid strategies, etc. • Deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem - algorithm, bid strategies/techniques, measurement, and Google Analytics - a must. • Analytically minded with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data generated and solve complex problems. • Experience launching new accounts - including building, tracking, scaling, and optimizing. • Experience in attribution, tracking, testing, and campaign reporting. • Experience with Looker - a plus. • Measurable success in running performance-based paid search campaigns. • Ability to self-motivate, work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organization skills. • Desire to continually learn and stay on top of current marketing trends (specifically SEM), able to share knowledge with your team in a positive manner.
