Description

β€’ Plan and oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for company products β€’ Ensure quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards β€’ Develop client relationship and understanding of client business and product installations β€’ Act as single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents β€’ Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships within assigned accounts β€’ Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends

Requirements

β€’ Team player with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude β€’ Excellence in all forms of communication with command of product and media presentations β€’ Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement β€’ Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service internally and externally β€’ Self-starter with proven leadership qualities β€’ Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong customer relationships β€’ +1 years relevant experience in B2B sales support; medical device industry experience preferred β€’ BA/BS in business discipline or equivalent experience preferred not required
