• About Respiris • Respiris is redefining the outplacement assistance industry through a managed marketplace model inspired by Uber, Airbnb, and Upwork. • By combining deep empathy, community, and artificial intelligence, Respiris supports individuals navigating job loss with personalized career coaching that empowers and re-inspires them during transitions. • We are scaling rapidly and looking for a Business Development & Client Operations Associate to work closely with the Founder & CEO, the Sales and Marketing team, and our partners. • This role is integral to driving revenue, enabling go-to-market strategies, and ensuring exceptional client operations, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate across multiple functions at a fast-growing, mission-driven company. • Role Overview • The Business Development & Client Operations Associate will split responsibilities across three key areas: • Business Development (50%): Supporting lead generation, managing the sales pipeline, and executing campaigns to drive revenue. • Special Projects (25%): Collaborating with the Founder & CEO and cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies and optimize operations. • Client Operations (25%): Managing client relationships, coordinating deliverables, and supporting HR account management activities. • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to make a measurable impact. • Key Responsibilities • Business Development (50%) • Campaign Execution: Execute targeted campaigns to engage key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Legal leaders, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies. Focus on driving outreach efficiency and measurable results. • Database and Lead Development: Identify and collect missing data for warm leads while building a robust contact database for targeted campaigns. Prioritize researching and populating contacts for the list of 200 target companies to enhance outreach precision and effectiveness. • Outreach Support: Conduct proactive outreach to prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn to schedule and facilitate discovery meetings. Ensure messaging aligns with identified pain points and the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). • Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to develop sales enablement materials and execute lead-nurturing campaigns. Create visual content, including ebooks, infographics, and assets for email and social media, using tools like Canva to support campaign engagement. • Pipeline Management: Monitor, maintain, and update the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and seamless handoffs to the sales team. Focus on improving pipeline visibility, accuracy, and progression to drive consistent results. • Special Projects (25%) • Tool Implementation: Support the implementation of tools and platforms for lead management, campaign tracking, and operational efficiency. • Operational Support: Assist in developing and optimizing workflows for marketing campaigns, sales processes, and client operations. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate insights from campaign and pipeline data, providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes. • Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with teams across HR, sales, and marketing to align efforts with organizational goals and improve efficiency. • Client Operations (25%) • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for Fractional HR clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of services. • Employee Transitions: Assist HR clients in managing transitions, including outplacement services and career coaching coordination. • Service Expansion: Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities by identifying additional client needs and offering relevant solutions. • Deliverable Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and updates for clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client-facing roles. • Proven success implementing tools and executing campaigns to drive revenue. • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency in analyzing and cleaning up data to support campaigns and sales activities. • Ability to collaborate across teams while managing independent responsibilities. • Passion for Respiris’ mission to re-inspire individuals through transitions. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head-on. • Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact role.

Benefits
