β’ Identify and sell to new accounts, managing the entire sales cycle. β’ Build lasting relationships with clients. β’ Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development team. β’ Achieve quota by closing deals adding significant value. β’ Focus on return on investment for clients. β’ Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. β’ Network with existing customers and vendor partners. β’ Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities. β’ Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a growing team.
β’ Proven success in Account Management/Sales, with a preference for software sales. β’ Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM. β’ Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written. β’ Ability to adopt and follow a structured sales process. β’ Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. β’ Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. β’ Top-notch organization and time management skills. β’ Enthusiasm and a passion for the restaurant industry. β’ Bonus Points: Accounting or Restaurant Management experience. β’ Must live within the designated region. β’ Ability to travel up to 30% to meet clients as needed.
