• We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing, 10-year-old, digital marketing company. • Results Repeat has been named as one of the Best Places to work in Philadelphia in 2024. • The successful candidate will join our Marketing team and help develop and execute upon a variety of digital marketing initiatives. • The ideal person for this position has an ever-growing passion for all aspects of digital marketing, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and is eager to expand their career.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. • 3+ years of experience as a digital marketer, preferably within an agency setting. • Experience developing or implementing SEO, PPC, email marketing, content creation/marketing, and link building campaigns. • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Merchant Center, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms. • Experience working with various campaign types (Search, Display, PMax), and have knowledge of best practices pertaining to campaign structure, ad scores, bid strategies, etc. • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Looker Studio, SEMrush, Klaviyo, Hootsuite, MailChimp, Hubspot or Marketo. • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. • Experience managing website content on WordPress platform is a plus. • Experience managing social media accounts and developing engaging content to increase followers and engagement is preferred. • Experience implementing marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and increase engagement.
