β€’ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. β€’ Document and track all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity history consistently and in accordance with best practices within the Salesforce. β€’ Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quota. β€’ Contact existing client base to gain referrals and offer additional service options. β€’ Demonstrate technical capacity to understand sales tools (Web, database, CRM, Order Management, reports). β€’ Be able to effectively articulate technical and/or clinical information in an easily understood manner. β€’ Master product information for accurate dissemination to clients. β€’ Educate prospective customers on the value of newborn stem cell banking and other services provided by ViaCord. β€’ Comply with assigned schedules (including on-call rotation), assignments, and productivity metrics.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree, required β€’ 2+ years of sales experience β€’ Bi-lingual in either Spanish or Chinese a plus but not required β€’ Self-motivated to exceed goals and ability to thrive in a team environment β€’ Ability to create a sense of urgency and the follow-up skills to close sales β€’ Articulate and professional with an enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results β€’ Experience in a fast paced, high inbound/outbound call environment is strongly desired β€’ Strong interpersonal, written, phone and listening skills β€’ Superior time management, planning and organizational skills β€’ Strong analytical and customer service skills complimented by an aggressive and solutions-oriented track record in sales
