• Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of experience managing account management teams required • 2+ years of Account Management or a similar client-facing role experience required • High-volume accounts management (100+ accounts managed) experience required • CRM and other customer success management tools experience required • Proven track record in client retention, renewal, and upselling required
