Description

β€’ The B2B Partnerships Manager is the face of CareScout to our valued referral Partners. β€’ Responsible for managing relationships and overseeing solution implementation. β€’ Listens to what a Partner values, applies technical, operational, and product expertise. β€’ Involved in the cultivation, launch and ongoing management of key B2B relationships. β€’ Ensures B2B Partners have a seamless experience from the point of sale through to full adoption. β€’ Manages Partner relationships, represents CareScout and its products, leads Partner calls. β€’ Collaborates with dynamic cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, design, engineering, data science, and operations. β€’ Confidently solves problems when gaps arise in the model. β€’ Develops and/or refines the business case and go-to-market plans. β€’ Oversees medium-sized Partners or 1-2 large-sized Partners. β€’ Provides training and support to Partners throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field. β€’ 5+ years of experience in product implementation, Partnership management, project management, or related roles. β€’ Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. β€’ Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to travel, when necessary, expected 10% of time. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Experience working B2B, with employer or broker agent experience. β€’ Experience working for platform technology companies as a plus.
