Description

• Drive the full sales cycle for SLED business opportunities, including prospecting, outreach, product demos, trials, and strategic negotiations • Build and maintain relationships across diverse roles within education and government organizations to influence long-term strategic direction as a valued business partner • Act as a subject matter expert on Rhombus cameras and software, collaborating closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams • Stay updated on Rhombus' product offerings, hardware, and features to effectively communicate their value to clients • Understand clients' physical security usage, modernization plans, technology strategies, and long-term goals • Foster relationships with Channel Managers and Partners to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals, guiding customers through the entire business cycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on business development • Channel and reseller network experience is a plus • Direct field experience working with public sector accounts • Proficient in communicating and presenting to diverse personas, understanding their unique challenges across law enforcement, school administration, IT, etc • Proven track record of managing competitive and strategic sales, consistently achieving quotas. • Ability to maintain a robust pipeline and engage in strategic outbound prospecting • Excellent communication skills with peers, customers, and partners • Comfortable with up to 50%+ travel
