• Our client is working to bring manufacturing excellence and world-class technology to the US industrial base! • Working with university, industry, national lab, and US Government experts to assess and develop strategies. • Collaborate with the executive team to develop program initiatives in venture capital, critical minerals, and battery technology sectors. • Oversee operations, ensuring programs align with strategic objectives. • Manage HR operations, including recruitment and employee development. • Act as a key point of contact for external partners and stakeholders. • Conduct research to understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 4-7 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a background in venture capital, critical minerals, and battery technology sectors; prior federal government experience preferred • Strong leadership and project management skills, financial and marketing acumen, and an understanding of battery, or critical minerals industrial markets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
