• We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. • Focus on targeting and acquiring commercial agents to advertise properties on Rightmove. • Account manage and grow both newly acquired and existing customers. • Achieve individual sales revenue targets & activity. • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to converting new business opportunities. • Manage customer base with quality regular & timely reviews. • Upselling with Rightmove’s product suite. • Ensure accounts understand Rightmove products & pricing. • Interpret data in review meetings to help customers understand their business. • Liaise with internal support functions for smooth management of billing & administration. • Work closely with your Telephone Account Management and Business Telephone Consultant. • Attend monthly national/regional meetings. • Manage day-to-day relationships with external parties. • Drive satisfactory resolution of customer queries and disputes. • Be a positive role model & ambassador of company values. • Take responsibility for self-development to achieve personal objectives.
