Description

• The Account Manager is responsible for selling Software, Hardware and Services. • Generate sales through direct selling to existing clients. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Company’s product portfolio. • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. • Assist with devising and implementing lead generation activities. • Qualify, develop and manage leads through to sales conversion. • Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring account satisfaction. • Fulfil reporting requirements according to deadlines. • Maintain daily contact with the team and attend company meetings.

Requirements

• Proven 5 years + experience selling software solutions. • Hold a degree or relevant qualification is desirable. • Proven record of over achievement of sales targets. • Relevant professional sales training and methodology. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales. • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce. • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills. • A moderate to high degree of computer literacy and technical competency is a must. • Demonstrable evidence of organizing customer accounts and projection implementation. • A desire to solve customer problems.
