Requirements

β€’ Experience in customer-facing roles within sales, account management, or customer success, preferably at a payments tech company β€’ Basic understanding of the payments industry β€’ Demonstrated ability to help customers use products effectively and increase their satisfaction and a passion for providing excellent customer service β€’ Comfortable communicating with different levels of stakeholders, from executives to technical staff β€’ Basic negotiation and problem-solving skills β€’ Basic ability to analyze data and understand trends β€’ Exposure to technology-based solutions β€’ Interest in continuously learning about payment strategies and how they impact business growth β€’ Exposure to working with technical customers, such as developers, using APIs for e-commerce support β€’ Exposure to a growing tech company environment β€’ As this role will primarily serve customers based out of the US and the UK, fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required.
