β’ Experience in customer-facing roles within sales, account management, or customer success, preferably at a payments tech company β’ Basic understanding of the payments industry β’ Demonstrated ability to help customers use products effectively and increase their satisfaction and a passion for providing excellent customer service β’ Comfortable communicating with different levels of stakeholders, from executives to technical staff β’ Basic negotiation and problem-solving skills β’ Basic ability to analyze data and understand trends β’ Exposure to technology-based solutions β’ Interest in continuously learning about payment strategies and how they impact business growth β’ Exposure to working with technical customers, such as developers, using APIs for e-commerce support β’ Exposure to a growing tech company environment β’ As this role will primarily serve customers based out of the US and the UK, fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required.
