• Achieving individual sales revenue targets. • Owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. • Managing the customer base for quality account management. • Upselling with Rightmove’s product suite. • Ensuring clear understanding of products and pricing structure. • Interpreting data and information in review meetings. • Liaising with internal support functions for smooth management. • Driving satisfactory resolution of customer queries. • Acting as a positive role model and ambassador for company values.

• Proven outstanding sales and negotiation skills. • Excellent relationship-building. • High conversions and thrives from closing. • Excellent objection handling skills. • Account Management experience. • Capability to get through gatekeepers. • Shows resilience and tenacity. • Experience in a multi-product environment. • Ability to tailor recommendations based on customer needs. • Solid business acumen and industry knowledge. • Strong belief in continuous improvement. • Structured, disciplined, and committed to individual and group improvement. • Must be confident using a PC, particularly with Microsoft Office.
