Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact to understand their needs and proactively offer tailored solutions to meet their goals. • Drive client success by analysing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies that maximise the value of Rightmove’s offerings for each customer. • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs, streamline support, and ensure a seamless experience across all Rightmove products and services. • Provide ongoing training and insights to clients on using Rightmove’s tools effectively, enabling them to achieve optimal results and fostering long-term partnerships. • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities, sharing valuable insights with clients to help them stay competitive and making recommendations to improve our products based on client feedback. • Lead account review meetings with clients and stakeholders, presenting progress, discussing strategies, and aligning on upcoming objectives to support mutual growth.
