Description

• Proactively contacting a high-volume, existing account base to establish, build and maintain relationships via phone & video • Understand client needs to identify and conduct relevant training with customers to support the partnership • Interpret and explain customers performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROI • Achievement of weekly KPI’s and performance metrics relevant to business requirements • Deliver new Rightmove initiatives and business campaigns to customers • Liaise with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers • Regular sharing of learnings to colleagues and key stakeholders internally to enhance service and product offering • Consistently create a positive sentiment and build value with our customers • Recording information in relevant databases and ensure CRM’s are kept up to date • Occasionally responding to new prospects with the relevant information after gaining an understanding of their business

• Has consistently over achieved set sales targets and business KPI’s • Able to thrive in, and contribute to a hardworking and dynamic team • Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver excellent service • Individuals who can demonstrate tenacity, resilience and flexibility • Actively exhibits a growth mindset and a willingness to learn, develop and respond to feedback • Thrives on taking ownership and accountability for their account base and own behaviours • Demonstrates strong planning and organisational skills
