Description

• We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to focus within Health and Lifesciences. • The role is Home Based, with travel to client sites. • The key focus of the role will be to develop a set of strategic relationships at a senior level in Health and Lifesciences. • This will require relationship engagement at a senior level within the sector. • The Account Manager will also liaise with other sales, pre sales and delivery staff within NECSWS to deliver revenue and develop Accounts for NEC. • They will be responsible for the target revenue associated with their territory, and also ensuring the CRM is maintained at all times for their accounts commensurate with the guidelines issued.

Requirements

• Solid, proven experience of software solution sales. • Experience of selling and business development in the Health and Lifesciences market – including NHS Bodies, Pharmaceutical and MedTech • Strong and demonstrable experience with the strategic development of Health Client Accounts, focussed around the sale of RWE • Experience of engagement with senior management teams and purchasing decision makers within the RWE and Registries sector • Excellent communication and team working skills, comfortable working with senior management level both externally and internally alongside strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a variety of influencing styles to enable effective closure of deals • Exemplary ability to build sustainable relationships with key decision makers with the Health and Life Sciences market, and a desire to take the initiative, moving opportunities forward to achieve targets. • Demonstrable ability to understand and define requirements and work with colleagues to translate these into portfolio solutions, evaluating sales options efficiently and allocating resources and time appropriately • Demonstrates a strategic focus – ability to turn suspects into prospects and complete sales order closure • Full UK Driving License
