• Remote position based in the United Kingdom • Manage several sales team leaders • Achieve Rimini Street’s aggressive sales goals in the NAMER Region • Collaborate with Leadership Team in setting sales strategy and growth objectives • Guide prospects to the Rimini Street solution through a Solution Selling approach • Represent and present Rimini Street at Regional CIO and Analyst conferences • Travel plays a part in this role, expecting 30% minimum travel for sales opportunities • Partner with various key stakeholders to reinforce and extend Rimini Street culture

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience selling enterprise software and services • Proven experience in opening new accounts, which includes cold-calling and lead prospecting and development • Experience managing teams of quota bearing high-volume sales reps across multiple states • Strong sales management fundamentals- understanding sales methodologies including solution selling • 7+ years in a sales vice president or equivalent role with a proven track record of driving strong sales results against target plans • Team selling environment. You should have proven experience in team-selling, as this role will require you to spend at least 50% of your time selling with your team leaders and top sellers, and helping them develop, manage and close sales deals • Prefer experience overseeing high growth software or software-related services businesses • Specifically, sales management experience in the corporate market and Enterprise markets with focus selling to Enterprises larger than $1B in annual revenues
