Description

• Assist Account Managers with account service needs and business opportunities. • Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external customers. • Leverage commercial P&C insurance knowledge to actively service existing accounts. • Nurture professional relationships through client meetings and consistent contact. • Participate in the retention of renewal business. • Interact with producers to prepare specifications, applications, and underwriting data. • Ensure clients have continuous and proper coverage and provide recommendations. • Review current policies and provide recommendations regarding placement options.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years’ experience of Personal Lines client management experience • Valid P&C brokers’ license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) Preferred • Industry specific designations preferred- CISR, ARM or similar • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred • Knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis/procedures & experience reporting • Ability to clearly articulate these products/plans to clients and underwriters, including compliance and legislative information
