• The Ritual Foundation's purpose is to support research and adoption of the Ritual platform. • Head of Marketing will shape the Foundation’s public image and content strategy. • Collaborate with teams to create high-impact campaigns for community engagement. • Develop comprehensive messaging strategy for various audiences. • Manage a robust content pipeline for digital platforms. • Plan and execute events to increase community engagement and brand awareness. • Track and measure the success of events and social media campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience in a marketing management role in Web3, AI, or Tech • Proven track record of crafting holistic marketing campaigns and executing them from start to finish • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. • Experience in managing relationships with service providers, ensuring on-time deliverables from external partners and agencies • Demonstrable experience using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance. • You stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, Web3, and decentralized technologies • Past experience working with Artificial Intelligence • Established relationships within the Web3 community • Experience in event management and community building is a plus
