📋 Description

• RIZM is looking for an energetic SDR to help win over leading industrial companies, their energy- and procurement teams for our mission. • Own the top of the funnel: Work and creatively improve the lead generation, from potential lead identification to qualification. • Build Client Understanding: Systematically gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, org-structures, and individual stakeholder interests. • Cultivate Key Relationships: Develop relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations and demonstrate how our platform delivers substantial value. This includes organizing sales events. • Collaborate with CS & Product: Work closely with the customer success and product team to discuss own insights and ensure clients achieve their sustainability goals through our platform to improve RIZMS product offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in selling to companies and setting up E-Mail campaigns. • Analytic thinking. • Willingness to step up: Willingness to take on new responsibilities and take ownership of new projects & tasks. • Structured and Hands-On Work Style: Organized and methodical in approach, with the ability to create efficient sales processes and engage directly with team members and clients. • Understanding of Complex Products: Understanding of software products that require detailed explanations and can address multiple stakeholders within a client’s organization, facilitating their energy transition goals. • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and persuade diverse stakeholders, including C-Level executives of large enterprises. • Excellent (C2) German and English skills. • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies in response to market feedback and evolving company goals. • Scale-Up-Mindset: Good sense of humor, ability to think big and hungry for success. • Direct: Eager to actively contribute your ideas. When you encounter challenges or obstacles, you ask for help. If you have internal feedback, share it. • Sustenance: You handle rejection well and do not let it demotivate you. You understand that polite persistence often leads to success. • Self Demanding: Delivering best results, highly ambitious and outstandingly smart. • Processual and Creative Thinking: Proven experience in designing and implementing processes, combined with the ability to think outside the box to get things done.
