📋 Description

• Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company with a mission of helping patients achieve their health goals by delivering the easiest, most effective care possible. • Ro is the only company to offer nationwide telehealth, labs, and pharmacy services. • This position involves querying electronic health record data and applying advanced statistical methods to determine the impacts of treatments on patient outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Biostatistics, Quantitative Methods, or related discipline (PhD preferred) • 3+ years’ experience as a statistician in a health care setting • Proficiency in SQL and statistical modeling software including (R and/or Python) • Experience with big data • Experience with complex statistical modeling for causal inference and longitudinal analysis • Experience with power analyses • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work with a cross-functional team • Bonus points for: • Knowledge of obesity space • Comfort with data science fundamentals and applications • Experience with Git
