• Drive company growth in the DACH territory • Identify and nurture customer and distributor relationships • Build and execute sales plans for the territory and each expert distributor • Work closely with cobot manufacturers • Train and coach sales reps at distributors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial or electrical) or related field, an asset • Significant experience in technical solution sales, acquired in both direct and channel sales • Highly motivated self-starter (entrepreneurial skillset) with ownership and accountability of results • Professional but confident demeanor • Enthusiastic and creative team player with inspiring leadership skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, CRM Software, ERP, Software, Automation and Robotics technology
