• About Us: Reslink is a leader in transforming field force operations within Facilities Management and across industries such as security, cleaning, and technical services. • Our cutting-edge, cloud-based platform gives businesses real-time control over service processes, workforce management, and mobile or fixed assets—anytime, anywhere. • We are on a mission to enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction through our innovative field service management solutions. • About the role: We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to lead the expansion of Reslink’s business in the UK market. • This role combines technical expertise, strategic account management, and business development to ensure client success while driving growth. • You will engage with prospects, communicate Reslink’s value proposition, and qualify potential leads while effectively managing existing accounts to maximize their value. • Your ability to translate client feedback into technical requirements will play a pivotal role in shaping our solutions and meeting customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, Sales Engineer, or Account Manager. • Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships, achieving revenue or upsell targets. • Experience working in SaaS or IT solutions, with a deep understanding of software solutions, APIs, and integration processes. • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, solution design, and technical support. • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical insights and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a self-driven and proactive approach. • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and training.
