• Reslink is a leader in transforming field force operations within Facilities Management. • We are seeking a dynamic Technical Account Executive to lead the expansion of Reslink’s business in the UK market. • This role combines technical expertise, strategic account management, and business development to ensure client success while driving growth. • Engage with prospects, communicate Reslink’s value proposition, and qualify potential leads while effectively managing existing accounts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, Sales Engineer, or Account Manager. • Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships, achieving revenue or upsell targets. • Experience working in SaaS or IT solutions, with a deep understanding of software solutions, APIs, and integration processes. • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, solution design, and technical support. • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical insights and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a self-driven and proactive approach. • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and training.
