Description

• The Plex team is looking to add a Delivery Consultant to support domestic and international customers. • Ensure customers successfully implement the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform. • Use your experience in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting or Quality to provide consulting leadership. • Report to the Manager, Professional Service - Plex. • Provide multi-faceted services including new implementation, solution optimization, and product expansion projects. • Engage in customer kick-off meetings and build relationships with customers. • Monitor and deliver project plans, gather requirements, and manage customer support requests. • Collaborate with Support Services and conduct workshops. • Implement and test software configurations as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Travel up to 75% of the time • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. • 5+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing (preferred) • Prior Plex experience is a plus (preferred) • Project Management skills (preferred) • Relationship development (preferred) • Consulting skills (preferred) • Experience testing and validating software configuration both internally and with clients (preferred) • Able to configure software to meet customer requirements (preferred) • Able to troubleshoot and solve issues (preferred) • A valid U.S. Passport (preferred)
