• Delivering sales growth and ensuring the successful supply of converted vehicles in key sectors. • Manage a national portfolio of customer records, nurturing customers from initial contact through to vehicle purchase. • Manage and develop strong, long-term partnerships with vehicle converters. • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate vehicle supply agreements with both existing and new converters. • Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure successful delivery of vehicles.
• Proven track record in automotive fleet sales, ideally within the UK market. • In-depth understanding of the vehicle conversion market and technical aspects of vehicle type approval, ideally LCV conversions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to manipulate data sets and report to key stakeholders. • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
