Description

• Responsible for delivering leasing sales plans, LEV model mix and profitability objectives. • Manage a national portfolio of customer records, nurturing through to purchase and retention. • Maintain strong relationships and develop new business sales opportunities with key leasing companies. • Initiate and control sales campaigns targeting specific sectors or models within a defined time period. • Monitor residual values and Service, Maintenance and Repair costs on core products.

Requirements

• Proven track record in dealership, automotive fleet/rental/vehicle sales, preferably within the UK market on a national scale. • Strong understanding of the corporate fleet rental industry, including vehicle financing options, leasing, and maintenance services. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to diverse audiences. • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities. • Face-to-face negotiations and an understanding of fleet and leasing companies is desirable.
