• As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of our accounting and finance-related technologies for property management. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, finance, and operations, to ensure our product offerings align with business goals, enhance customer experience, and increase operational efficiency. • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for customer accounting and finance solutions in property management. • Define and prioritize product features, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. • Develop a deep understanding of the property management business and the unique accounting and finance challenges faced by customers and internal teams. • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to drive innovation and continuous improvement. • Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring transparency and effective communication with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement. • Support the implementation of technologies that enhance financial reporting, billing, payment processing, and tenant-owner financial transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred). • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in developing finance or accounting-related technologies. • Experience in the real estate or property management sector is highly preferred. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
