Description

Roxtec Inc. seeks experienced Sales Representative for the Power Industry • Focus on developing business within Transmission and Distribution and other Utilities • Responsible for managing a territory and developing a loyal customer base • Develop and execute a strategic plan to capture market share • Maintain sales opportunity pipeline to achieve annual growth targets • Work cooperatively with team members for success across regions • Define sales potential; prepare budgets; maintain sales tracking • Build relationships with key decision makers; provide technical presentations • Utilize CRM software for managing day-to-day sales activities • Attend sales, trade, and product learning meetings as required

Requirements

Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% • Proven track record in business development • Knowledgeable and proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Adhere to the principles of Value Added Selling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Strategies • Proficient in time and travel management • Possess strong negotiation and presentation skills • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment • Ability to read engineering documents, technical drawings, standards, and procedures
