• Manage Global Trade regulatory and policy violation investigations • Provide legal advice on ITAR, EAR, USCBP regulations • Review transactions for compliance with sanctions • Guide Global Trade staff and business stakeholders • Represent the company in regulatory communications • Monitor changes in law that impact compliance programs
Requirements
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school • Member of a state bar in good standing • U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations • 12+ years of relevant legal experience in Global Trade licensing requirements • 5 years experience leading compliance investigations
