10+ years of experience across revenue functions, with 5+ specifically in a revenue operations team; either in enablement, strategy, or operations 5+ years of people management experience Proven track record of improving the output of sellers and reducing deal cycle length across a distributed team Strong understanding of sales processes and modern methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, LMS, content management systems)
