We are looking for a Revenue Training Manager to support our rapidly growing Provider Sales & Success team at Rula. This person will be integral to the development of a highly effective Revenue Enablement function, equipping both sales and success reps with critical knowledge and skills necessary to meet and exceed their goals. Success in this role is tied to the success of the Provider Sales Org - business outcomes will be the most critical measures of performance, and this person must enthusiastically adopt an “others before self” service mindset. The right candidate for this role is both a (pre and post) sales and enablement expert, able to consultatively partner with Provider Sales leadership to identify areas of opportunity, and implement learning solutions that improve outcomes and enhance productivity. You have experience carrying a sales quota, and have empathy for and knowledge of the challenges a seller faces. Alternatively, you have experience as a healthcare provider, and a deep empathy and understanding of what motivates a provider to make decisions surrounding their practice. 1 in 5 people suffer from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% of people are getting help. We need someone with the skills and interest to improve the output of our sellers, who can play a pivotal role in helping this team empower more people with access to high-quality, affordable mental healthcare. 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, as well as 3+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience OR 6+ years of experience across Revenue Enablement functions OR 3+ years as a licensed healthcare provider, as well as 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement Proven track record of improving the output of sellers and reducing deal cycle length across a distributed team Strong understanding of sales processes and modern methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN) Excellent learning and development fundamentals, especially with regard to written communication, learning design, visual design and training facilitation Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, LMS, content management systems)
