β’ BS/BA or equivalent β’ >3.0 years of experience managing clients post-sales β’ Experience visiting customers on-site & mapping out multiple stakeholders β’ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively β’ Experience in an account management capacity β’ Passion for building relationships with clients β’ Expert on client relationship management β’ High attention to detail
