Description

β€’ Operate as the lead point of contact for sponsors and ensure fulfillment of sponsorships β€’ Communicate regularly with sponsors and work alongside them to ensure their needs are met β€’ Educate and drive adoption of the company's full sponsorship offerings β€’ Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts β€’ Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed β€’ Report directly to the Operations team and work closely with VP Sales and the revenue team

Requirements

β€’ BS/BA or equivalent β€’ >3.0 years of experience managing clients post-sales β€’ Experience visiting customers on-site & mapping out multiple stakeholders β€’ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively β€’ Experience in an account management capacity β€’ Passion for building relationships with clients β€’ Expert on client relationship management β€’ High attention to detail
