📋 Description
•Responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making by analyzing real-world data, including electronic health records (EHR), incident reports, and other customer-specific data sources. •Play a key role in extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets to generate insights that drive operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support business outcomes. •Support SafelyYou's thought leadership in the senior living industry by managing large-scale data projects, defining data standards, and contributing to the organization's source of truth for benchmarking and business research. •Support the Senior Data Analytics Manager by providing insights from structured and unstructured data. •Conduct directed research in new opportunity areas to support product and service department. •Perform ad hoc research requests and standardized reporting for data mining and analysis to aid in customer success and product design. •Work with the data engineering team to operationalize analyses after the research phase. •Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports by working with stakeholders to define key metrics and validation procedures. •Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions. •Assist in developing and managing research content curation processes for SafelyYou customer and industry data, ensuring accurate and meaningful information is captured and accessible. •Develop, maintain, and optimize Looker reports and dashboards to support business needs. •Troubleshoot and enhance existing Looker reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and usability. •Work cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and sales teams to align data insights with business objectives. •Apply quantitative methods to assess healthcare trends and operational performance.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field •2+ years of experience with BI tools, specifically Looker •Proficiency in SQL or Python for querying, and R for statistical analysis and data visualization •Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and pivot tables •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects •Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) data and healthcare analytics •Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in healthcare settings •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Experience with statistical methodologies, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis •Ability to troubleshoot and optimize BI (Looker) reports and dashboards •Understanding of healthcare IT systems and data modeling •Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate insights effectively •Experience with data management and curation approaches •Familiarity with G Suite, Office 360, and Slack
