β€’ Work closely with Business Operations Manager to assist in product development initiatives β€’ Serve as primary contact for resolving technical issues β€’ Analyze and diagnose customer-reported issues β€’ Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems β€’ Communicate technical issues to the engineering team β€’ Create documentation of bugs and resolutions β€’ Collaborate with Business Operations to resolve issues β€’ Identify trends in recurring issues β€’ Support customer success team in onboarding and training

Requirements

β€’ 3-4 years of experience in product support or technical support β€’ Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies β€’ Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment β€’ Familiarity with healthcare technology or assistive devices
