📋 Description
• 6-month contract recruiting position for SafelyYou to scale teams efficiently. • Partner with recruiting lead, manage full-cycle recruiting, and optimize hiring processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup • Experience hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Technical roles • Strong track record of advising and coaching hiring managers with varied experience levels • Experience with change management and driving buy-in for process improvement • Exceptional organization and attention to detail for scheduling and communication • Familiarity with ATS tools and modern recruitment strategies • Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and the Recruiting Lead • Results-driven mindset with a passion for attracting top talent
