• The Director of Sales Enablement is a strategic leader responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization • Develop and execute comprehensive enablement strategies, programs, and tools to empower sales teams • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams • Design sales training initiatives, optimize sales tools, and manage content and collateral • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to maximize sales productivity and customer success
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • 5-10 years experience in a sales enablement position in a high-growth environment • Experience working with B2B SaaS sales teams pursuing five & six-figure ACV deals • Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering enablement programs that measurably improve sales productivity and performance • Experience working with all levels of sellers across the entire customer journey • Ability to develop and deliver training across multiple mediums • Understanding of recent trends and developments in sales enablement • Experience with sales enablement platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, LMS, content management systems) • Ability to travel to SKO (Sales Kick Off) and other company/team events
