• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices in all areas of business, aligning with the high ethical standards of LXT and its clients. • Deep understanding of industry needs and challenges. • Familiarity with the development of products, solutions, and services. • Proactive in keeping up to date with market trends and competitive intelligence. • Over 10 years of experience in selling or delivering complex and bespoke solutions in a technical environment, ideally in AI-related industries. • Self-starter capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. • Skilled at identifying priorities and managing ambiguity. • Ability to adapt easily to change in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing industry. • Extensive experience in creating and managing complex pricing models. • Confidence in presenting pricing models to clients, peers, or senior management. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. • Strong negotiation skills and a natural ability to build relationships, both internally and externally. • Strong team player who promotes a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degrees are an advantage.
