Description

• VP of Sales oversees a team of 4, defining goals and procedures for sales. • Responsible for strategic sales planning, profitability targets, and client relationships. • Engage with executive leadership for business objectives and sales operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the mortgage industry required • Experience with ICE’s software, Encompass, highly preferred • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques • Strong working knowledge of the mortgage industry • At least 7 years of dedicated experience working as a sales leader with a track record of increasing responsibilities/roles. • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills • Top-notch strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills • Ability to travel up to 20% to represent Lender Toolkit at various conferences.
