β€’ Help develop our sales packages that are taken to market across all Men In Blazers formats and platforms. β€’ Generate a proactive sales pipeline that continuously introduces new revenue opportunities for Men in Blazers. β€’ Approach, pitch, close, and execute sales across all platforms including TV, audio, video, social, live events and overarching sponsorships. β€’ Serve as a subject matter expert in market conditions and forecasts in the media, sports, and entertainment markets, translating these market conditions into specific action items and strategies for Men in Blazers. β€’ Continuously network in the sports and digital media industries to foster future relationships and connections. β€’ Drive partnership campaigns, in conjunction with our account management, production, marketing, and social media teams, to deliver exceptional value to our brand partners. β€’ Optimize sales processes and tactics to better communicate with potential brand partners, identify their needs, and present Men in Blazers sales packages. β€’ Work with management to hire, and build a winning team.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the sports, media and/or entertainment industries. β€’ Deep passion for the game of soccer, and an understanding of the sales ecosystem. β€’ Proven experience developing a sales infrastructure in a startup environment. β€’ In depth understanding of both the traditional and digital media buying landscapes. β€’ Great experience selling to enterprise level businesses, and working with executive level buyers. β€’ Ability to think creatively to align Men in Blazers business goals with the goals of a potential brand partner. β€’ Proven track record of maintaining and utilizing long standing relationships in the sports media & entertainment industry. β€’ A collaborative and proactive mindset, best utilizing the diversity of skill sets available to complete tasks. β€’ Ability to work under pressure, with the foresight to predict and prepare for potential disruptions. β€’ Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
